Most computers should be tuned at least twice a year.   If you are noticing decreased speed on-line as well as during start up, I would suggest a Virus Scan. Viruses as well as Malware can be deadly to any PC.  A single virus can cause unrepairable  damage to a computers’  Motherboard,  Hard-Drive, as well as cause all those important family pictures and business files to become lost.
